Liqueur de Chocolat


    500 g de chocolat amer
    1 litre de sucre de canne
    50 cl d'alcool à 90%
    1 litre d'eau


Mettre dans une casserole 1 litre d'eau, briser le chocolat et jeter y les morceaux.

Faites chauffer en remuant. Ajouter 1 litre de sucre de canne.

Laisser refroidir et ajouter l'alcool.

Filtrer grossièrement, la liqueur de toute façon restera épaisse.
