Liqueur de thym


    100 g de thym
    1 litre d'eau-de-vie
    0,4 kg de sucre
    0,4 litre d'eau


Faire macérer le thym dans l'eau-de-vie pendant 2 semaines.

Filtrer et ajouter le sucre mouillé avec l'eau.

Bien mélanger et mettre en bouteilles.

Faire vieillir au frais pendant 3 mois mois avant de déguster.
