Smoothie au chocolat et à la banane

Pour 2 personnes -

    1 banane
    3 boules de glace au chocolat
    25 cl de lait
    0,5 cl de miel



Peler les fruits et les couper en morceaux.

Mettre tous les ingrédients dans le mixeur avec des glaçons.

Bien réduire le tout en purée liquide et servir frais dans un grand verre.
